Starting position
Stand tall at one end of a clear walkway with a barbell across your upper back, feet hip-width apart.
Step forward and lower until your back knee is just above the floor.
Keep the torso upright and the front knee tracking over your toes.
Drive through the front foot to stand up over it.
Swing the back leg through into the next step without pausing on two feet.
Continue alternating for the set distance or reps.
Breathing: Inhale as you lower, exhale as you drive up and through.
