Starting position

Standing or sitting tall with arms hanging loosely by your sides.

  1. 1

Roll the shoulders forward so the upper back rounds slightly.

  2. 2

Lift them up toward the ears.

  3. 3

Draw them back, squeezing the shoulder blades together, then let them drop down.

  4. 4

Complete the reps, then reverse the direction.

Breathing: Inhale as the shoulders rise and exhale as they roll back and down.
